We require a 12 hour advance notice in order to cancel any appointment and avoid the cancellation charge of each service. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 12 hour window has closed, are subject to the deposit charge for each service ranging from $25-$75 dollars.
In order to mitigate the cost and hassle of record tracing and rescinding credit card payments, deposits are NOT refundable. We do NOT aim to keep your deposits but rather credit them to a future product or service. In any event of cancellations or rescheduled appointments; any deposits will be applied to future appointments or refunded back to you minus a $5 dollar service charge for use in our online shop. No exceptions.
